Need to make a one off or regular local NZ payment?
Whether you are in our branch or using our Online or Mobile Banking, we have a fast, easy and efficient solution to meet your needs for making either one-off or regular local NZ payments including pre-authorised automatic payments.
For In Branch service, simply bring your ICBC NZ debit card, ID and details of the payment(s) you wish to make and talk to one of our friendly staff who can walk you through the process. Remember all our staff are bilingual and can assist you in completing the required form.
For Online or Mobile Banking, simply login to ICBC New Zealand Online Banking website or Mobile Banking → go to transfer/remittance and input your payment details. We can also provide you with a "Pay Bill" feature service, you can search payee through the "Public Payees" under one-off payment in the Online or Mobile Banking, for a quick payment to payees that are registered as a bill recipient with the local bank industry, or you can save the payee to "My Payee" for future quick payment.
Please note the cut off time for Online or Mobile Banking NZD local transfers is 10:00pm on each day. Instructions received after this time will be processed on the following day. NZD local Payment requests will be processed across 7 days a week.
The cut-off time for NZD Same Day Cleared payment is 3:30pm on each working day. You can only make a Same Day Cleared payment over our Queen Street Branch counter.
