     Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (New Zealand) Limited (ICBC New Zealand) provides personal mobile banking services, Includes overview, Pay & Transfer, term deposit, smart saver, foreign exchange, credit card, loan and other customer services, with both Chinese and English versions available. 

☆ Key features
1.Overview
Display current account, term deposit account and loan account information.
2.Pay & Transfer
Provide transfer, local payment, international transfer, payees, transaction history,query, auto payment query and other functions.
3.Term deposit
The system enables term deposit account opening, balance inquiries, and adjustments to maturity instructions, along with other deposit management features.
4.Smart Saver
You can open a Smart Saver account, modify the linked account, view transaction details, close the account, check interest rates, and sign, inquire about, or terminate a Scheduled Deposit Agreement. The Scheduled Deposit Agreement allows you to choose either automatic transfers based on a scheduled cycle or automatic transfers triggered by retaining a specified balance in your current account.
5.Foreign exchange 
Displays real-time quotes and trend charts for applicable currency pairs, supports real-time forex trading, and enables viewing of portfolio holdings and transaction history details.
6.ICBC Pay
Providing convenient QR code payment services for you.
7. Home Loan
Display the basic information of home loans, repayment details and repayment schedule and other information.
8.Services & Settings
Provides services for viewing and modifying personal information, updating tax details, adjusting login settings, calibrating security tokens.

1.Open term deposit with online term deposit interest rate.
2.ICBC provides flexible transaction verification options including Payment Password, Fingerprint and SMS, equipped with ICBC e-Password Token.Your fund is further secured with additional security and verification.
3.Mobile banking support Fingerprint/Gesture/Face ID login.

☆ Set up guide
1.Open a bank account with ICBC NZ, then activate online banking function.
2. Installation and login
  a)Step 1: scan the QR code to download the mobile banking application, or in the “Apple Store” or “Google Play” search and download ICBC mobile banking application. When the installation is complete, the main menu will automatically generate icon of ICBC mobile banking application.
  b)Step 2: Click the mobile banking icon, select the region and language, then restart the application.
  c)Step 3: Enter the same user name and password as to the online banking and start using the mobile banking application.
