ICBC NZ provides payment and clearing services, including local payments, international payments to personal customers and commercial customers, CNH and NZD Vostro account clearing service to financial institutions.

Customers can make payments through ICBC Queen Street Branch and internet banking. The service is expeditious, convenient and safe.

1) Local Payment
ICBC NZ is a direct participant in local High Value Clearing System (HVCS) and Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS). You can receive and transfer funds directly to or from your ICBC NZ account.

☆ New Payment (Single Payment)
Via Branch: Fill out 'Domestic Payment/Transfer Application Form' and sign by authorised person. 
Via Internet Banking: Log on internet banking → Transfer and remittance → Local Payment → input payee name, account and payment details → confirm → Use Electronic Password Token to confirm your payment.
You also can save your payee into 'My payees' for future payment when you make payment via internet banking.

☆ Auto-Payment
Via Branch: Fill out 'Automatic Payment Authority' and sign by authorised person. 
Via Internet Banking: Log on internet banking → Transfer → Make a Payment → input payee name, account and payment details → Choose automatic payment /or not, set up your auto-payment amount and period and Submit → Use Electronic Password Token to confirm your payment.

☆ Payment by Direct Debit
If the payee is a 'Direct Debit Register', you can authorise your bill company to direct debit your ICBC NZ account.

2) International Remittance

Based on the global clearing network of ICBC, we provide safe, cost-effective and efficient multi-currency cross-border remittance service.

3) Clearing service for financial institutions
As a direct participant in local High Value Clearing System (HVCS), ICBC NZ provides efficient NZD clearing service for overseas financial institutions.

Based on the powerful CNH clearing network of ICBC group, ICBC NZ also provides cost-effective and efficient CNH clearing service for other local banks.

☆ Tips
NZD local payment can be made every day of the year, but other types of payment service are not available during weekends and public holidays. 
Payments you make after cut-off time will be processed on the following day.
