To meet the needs of our personal and corporate clients we can offer foreign exchanges services to meet your foreign exchange transaction requirements.

In branch, we support NZD, CNY, USD, AUD, HKD and EUR related foreign exchange transactions. Just bring your ICBC NZ debit card and ID to the Branch and talk with one of our friendly bi-lingual staff. Just advise us of the currency and amount and we will quote the latest exchange rate. The transaction will be processed upon your approval.

Online banking, covers NZD, CNY, USD and AUD transactions. Login to your ICBC New Zealand personal online banking → select foreign exchange transactions input required details and approve.

Transactions are based on prevailing exchange rates at time of processing and no additional fees apply.

Please note foreign currency transactions from overseas ATM and POS machines will be subject to fees and exchange rates applied by the card issuer.
