ICBC (New Zealand) is pleased to advise that we have joined the New Zealand  Bulk Electronic Clearing System (BECS). As a result, our customers can now receive and transfer funds directly to or from their accounts with ICBC (New Zealand).

ICBC (New Zealand) is the first bank to join this system in over ten years and is proud to reach this milestone after only two years’ operations.

How does this affect you?

Simply advise anyone who makes payments to your account with ICBC (New Zealand) the following new account format:

Payee name: your account name
Payee account number: 10-5168-XXXXXXX-XX

Please note that effective from 2nd May 2016 our account (01-0505-0422436-00) with ANZ bank will be closed and can not be used for inward payments to your account with us.
