IV. "Full licence" business qualification
In August 2005, ICBC became the first bank to obtain the qualifications of corporate annuity fund account manager and custodian recognized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. In November 2007, ICBC was qualified as a trustee of corporate annuity funds, one of the first batch of banking institutions to receive such qualification.
