COVID-19 Important Notice

I wanted to let you know how ICBC New Zealand is looking after you during the COVID19 pandemic. 在抗击新冠肺炎疫情的非常时期,工银新西兰将与您同在。
Your well-being and that of our people is our number one priority and we are taking a range of steps to protect you when you use our services.


Health and safety 健康和安全

We have taken a number of steps to prevent COVID 19 spread. These include increased cleaning services, canceling all staff international travel and non essential events, and practicing social distancing in our offices, including some staff working from home, in order to minimise any possible transmission risk to both our staff and of course to you.
As we’re moving to alert level 1, we have decided to open for normal business hours which is 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-16:00 Monday to Friday (exclude public holidays). This is subject to review. Please check our website ( before you visit our branch.

If you need assistance with your home loan please call us on 09 374 7267 or 09 374 7713 (9:00-12:00 & 13:00-16:00 Monday to Friday, exclude public holidays).

ICBC New Zealand has a range of support options for those affected financially by COVID19. There are options for both corporate and personal customers and, depending on your circumstances, could include suspending or deferring payments. If you are experiencing any financial hardship or worried that you or your business will be financially affected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to discuss the impacts and what options may be suitable for you.
