I wanted to let you know how ICBC New Zealand is looking after you during the COVID19 pandemic.

Your well-being and that of our people is our number one priority and we are taking a range of steps to protect you when you use our services.

Health and safety 健康和安全
We have taken a number of steps to prevent COVID19 spread. These include increased cleaning services, canceling all staff international travel and non essential events and practicing social distancing in our offices, including some staff working from home, in order to minimise any possible transmission risk to both our staff and of course to you.

We are also asking all customers not to visit us if you have traveled in the last 14-days, have come into close contact with someone who has traveled in the past 14-days or if you feel unwell. These measures are for both your protection and that of our staff.

At this time we ask our customers not to visit our branch unless absolutely necessary. We have a range of ways you can still do your banking with us from a distance. Options include using online banking on your computer or mobile device, calling our contact center or calling your relationship manager directly . If you fall into one of the risk categories mentioned above but feel that you still need to visit our branch, please call us instead and we can discuss how to meet your need.

During the Alert Level 4 period we will aim to keep our branch open for limited hours a week to meet the needs of customers who cannot use ATMs, phone or online banking. Our temporary business hours is 10:00-12:00 and 13:00-15:00 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is subject to review. Please check our website (www.icbcnz.com) before you visit our branch.

ICBC New Zealand has a range of support options for those affected financially by COVID19. There are options for both corporate and personal customers and, depending on your circumstances, could include suspending or deferring payments. If you are experiencing any financial hardship or worried that you or your business will be financially affected, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to discuss the impacts and what options may be suitable for you.
